Thomas was referred to us by a long-standing client. While he initially approached us for branded assets, it became clear in our first conversation that he needed more than design, he needed a brand identity that articulated the core idea behind his new consultancy.


What stood out immediately was Thomas’s clarity of thought. He had a strong concept rooted in a powerful truth: many businesses struggle to scale because their departments operate in silos, creating “fault lines” where knowledge and resources slip through the gaps. He wanted a brand that visually expressed this idea while remaining clean, modern and professional, without leaning into dark, heavy design.

Working closely together, we drew out the essence of Thomas' message and translated it into a visual identity that captured the energy and tension of shifting ground. After a few refinements, we finalised a design that aligned perfectly with his vision and the consultancy’s purpose.
